Which plastics can be Fresco imaged? Plastic substrates, commonly used at Fresco include, but are not limited to: ABS, Acrylic, Boltaron™, Kydex™, Polycarbonate, PVC, PETG, Styrene, and Pbt.
What is the maximum size of the imaged plastic? Maximum sheet size: About 50" x 100". Images should fit within live image area of 48" x 96".
Maximum film size: Roll-to-roll capabilities at 30" width. Under 0.030 gauges only.
How thick of a plastic can Frexco process? 0.250 inches maximum for economic efficiency. If the final sheet needs to be over 0.250 inches it can be more efficient to process Fresco images into film that can then be laminated or encapsulated to create the thicker sheet.
Can Fresco render images onto a clear plastic? Yes. And the Fresco Image™ can be viewed from both sides of the sheet with the same clarity.
